Everyone knows but they live in fear and have their elections rigged so nothing can ever change.
Using the cottage votes is such an obviously simple scam to play.
Why can't the proper authorities break the ring of corrupt government in the District of Muskoka?

I don't know which is the most corrupt. They are part of the Region level of the Ontario Government and they are all pretty corrupt at that level from everything going around. What makes Muskoka stand out more that the others?

A place like Muskoka that is out of sight and out of mind for most of the year and people only think about for two months of the year on weekends you can expect some of the worst things going on in the dark hidden activities in such a place.
The citizens are mostly busy fishing to pay much attention to political and government corruption problems in Muskoka, so they get away with more blaitant things up there.
